Subfactor is a personal finance tracking app. It helps users manually record and organize savings balances, expenses, credits, subscriptions, liabilities, investments, goals, and related information.

Subfactor is not a bank, financial advisor, investment advisor, tax advisor, or lending service.

All financial data in Subfactor is entered manually by the user. Subfactor does not automatically connect to your bank account, read your SMS messages, fetch UPI transactions, or import live financial data.

You are responsible for entering accurate information.

The app provides summaries, charts, and organization tools based on the data you enter. These are for personal tracking only and should not be treated as professional financial, legal, investment, or tax advice.

You need an active email address to use Subfactor. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

Subfactor calculations depend on the information you enter. We are not responsible for losses, mistakes, or decisions caused by incorrect or incomplete data entered by you.

We aim to keep Subfactor reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, updates, or third-party service problems.

At present, Subfactor features are free to use. We may introduce paid features in the future. If that happens, pricing and payment terms will be shown clearly before purchase.

Subfactor may allow you to export your data to Excel and delete or reset your app data. Deleting or resetting data is permanent and cannot be undone.

Subfactor is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, financial decisions, data entry mistakes, or damages resulting from use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new Last updated date.
